摘要
采用化学沉淀法与浸渍法结合制备的Ag-SnO_2粉料,金属银无规则地分布于SnO_2的表面,当Ag的掺杂量为2wt%左右、工作温度在260℃左右时,可获得气敏性能良好的可燃气体敏感元件。
Ag-doped SnO2 powder has been made by means of Chemical deposition and impreg-nation. According to the resuIts of XRD and XPS,Ag particles seems to be dispersed onthe surface of SnO2 2wt%Ag-SnO2 gas sensor exhibits excellel1t sensitive propertieswhen working temperature is about 260℃.
