论我国资本市场的创新发展

摘要金融创新是当代资本市场发展的核心,现代金融市场创新呈现出广泛性、深入化、快速性和动力强劲性的时代特点。中国资本市场的发展就是对现代资本市场创新演进制度的学习和使用。在准确理解资本市场创新内涵的基础上,中国资本市场的创新需要超常发展,同时需要制度环境的配合。
