摘要
用Na2SO4处理大果沙枣,处理浓度为50、100、200和300mmol/L,盐胁迫30d后取样,测定光合速率、气孔导度(Cs)、细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔限制值(Ls)、鲜干重及叶绿素含量等生理指标。结果表明,随Na2SO4胁迫浓度的递增,大果沙枣鲜干重逐渐下降;根、茎、叶各部分的含水量、地上与地下部分的肉质化程度下降幅度不大;叶绿素含量,50mmol/LNa2SO4处理时显著上升(P>0.05),其余随Na2SO4盐浓度的增加Chla、Chlb、Chla+b呈逐渐下降的趋势。而Chla/b含量缓慢上升,并无显著性差异。200mmol/LNa2SO4以内Pn、Cs、Ci都下降,Ls升高,说明净光合速率下降的主要因素是气孔限制,而高盐浓度(300mmol/LNa2SO4)胁迫下,虽然Pn、Cs下降的程度更大,但Ci升高,Ls下降,说明此时影响光合的气孔限制作用减小,非气孔限制因素增大。
In this article,the test was conducted that different physiological indexes of net photosynthesis rate,stomatal conductance (Cs) ,intercellular CO_2 concentration (Ci) , stomatal limitation (Ls) fresh dry weight and chlorophyll content were determined while Elaeagnuis mooraroftii was treated with 50,100,200 and 300 mmol/L salt stress of Na_2SO_4 for 30 days.The result shows: With the increase of the concentration of Na_2SO_4 stress, fresh dry weight of Elaeagnus mooraroftii drops gradually; The water content of root,stem and leaf,and content of chlorophyll remarkably increased (P>0.05) ,while it was treated with 50 mmol/L Na_2SO_4.Chla,Chlb,Chla+b tended to increase when the concentration of Na_2SO_4 salt was added.And Chla/b content rises slowly, there is no significant difference.Pn,Cs,Ci drop within 200 mmol/L Na_2SO_4, Ls drops. proves that the stomatal is limited to only shut the main factor that the speed drops netly , and the high concentration of salt ( 300mmol/L Na_2SO_4) is coerced, though Pn,Cs drop significantly,Ci rises, Ls drops.It proves that the function affecting stomas of photosynthesis at this moment decreaseas,but the limited factor of stomas increases.
