摘要
江泽民关于扶贫的人权思想,深刻地揭示了人权的内涵与人民群众的生存状态密切相联的辩证关系。不首先解决温饱问题,其他一切权利都难以实现。中国政府大规模的扶贫行动,无可争辩地说明:"中国共产党和中国政府是中国人民最基本权利的最忠诚的维护者。"中国人民的扶贫成就,受到国际社会的广泛赞扬。中国政府确保13亿人的生存和发展权,是对世界人权事业的重大贡献。
Jiang Ze-ming's human rights thoughts of helping the poor shrewdly reveals the discriminative re-lationships between the connotations of human rights and the existing living conditions of the masses. Without solving the problem of eating and clothing, all the other rights cannot be fulfilled. The large-scale ' helping the poor' project that is carrying out in China forcefully proves that 'the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government are definitely the most faithful protector of the human rights of the Chinese people'. The great achievements of China in the project of helping the poor have gained extensive praises from the international com-munity . The fact that the Chinese government has managed with their own efforts to guarantee her people' s human rights of existence and.development is a great contribution to the human rights cause of the world.
