摘要
长条丝竹席和竹材胶合板的原竹利用率分别不超过19.0%和30.4%。生产中竹材资源有效利用率较低的主要原因是竹材秆形结构的影响和加工设备及生产工艺的影响。加工利用原竹时不仅要根据竹材结构规律和加工特点进行,而且还要考虑秆形形态的影响。为减小秆形空间弯曲程度,提高资源有效利用率,就必须增设和改造有关设备及生产工艺。
The crude bamboo utilization rates when making bamboo strip mat and bamboo plywood are less than 19.0 percent and 30.4 percent respectively. Crude bamboo structure ,processing equipments and product ive technologies have impotant effects on the utilization rates of bamboo wood.In processing and utilization, much attention should be paid not only to its structure and processing characteristics but also to its shapes.In order to raise the utili-zation rates of bamboo wood,some equipments and productive technologies must be improved.
