摘要
目的:建立软组织恶性肿瘤动物模型并探讨其在介入放射学研究中的应用价值。材料和方法:24只新西兰大白兔,一侧大腿近段种植VX2肿瘤成功后,随机分为实验A组(8只)、实验B组(8只)和对照组(8只),于肿瘤植入第15天分别给予经导管动脉内灌注化疗药物、明胶海绵颗粒和生理盐水。然后于介入治疗后第3天、第7天分别处死实验A组、B组和对照组模型兔各4只,取出肿瘤,观察3组肿瘤最大径、体积以及内部坏死百分比的差异。结果:所有模型兔大腿VX2肿瘤均有丰富的血液供应,介入治疗后,实验B组肿瘤的最大径、体积明显小于实验A组及对照组,而坏死百分比则明显高于其它两组。结论:兔大腿VX2肿瘤是一种较好的研究介入放射学治疗的实验肿瘤模型。
Objective: To establish an experimental animal model of soft-tissue tumor and investigate the applicative value in interventional radiology. Materials and Methods: VX2 tumor were implanted into the unilateral proximal thigh of 24 Newzealand white rabbits successfully. These rabbits were divided into three groups randomly(experimental group A, experimental group B and the control group, with eight rabbits in each group). DSA was performed on these rabbits respectively after the VX2 tumor was implanted 15 days, then the rabbits in group A were given transcatheter intra-arterial CDDP perfusion to the arteries supplied the tumors, transcatheter intra-arterial embolization with particles of gelatin sponge were given to the rabbits in group B, the rabbits in control group were given transcatheter intra-arterial saline perfusion. Four rabbits in each group were sacrificed respectively. The tumors of which were taken out to measure the maximal diameter, volume and the percentage of necrosis. Results: The blood supply to all VX2 tumors of rabbits was abundant. After interventional therapy, the maximal diameters and volumes of VX2 tumors in group B were smaller than those in group A and the control group significantly. However, the percentage of necrosis of VX2 tumors in group B was higher than that in group A and the control group. Conclusion: VX2 soft-tissue tumor in rabbit's thigh is a good experimental tumor model for the investigation of interventional therapy.
