摘要
木材密度和管胞长度的幼成过渡年龄存在较大的种源差异，且相互独立。相关分析结果表明：木材密度和管胞长度的幼成相关显著，木材性状的早期选择是可行和有效的。
Wood relative density and tracheid length of 9 provenances for Pinus massoniana were investigated.The time of transition from juvenile wood to mature wood in properties was independent of each other and had a difference among provenances.For the significant positively correlation exists between juvenile wood and mature wood in relative density and tracheid length,early selection for wood properties of Pinus massoniana is possible.
