摘要 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(PIH)患者胎盘中NF-kB活化和母血TNF-α、ET-1含量的变化。方法免疫组化法检测PIH和正常晚孕妇女胎盘组织中NF-kB的活化,放免法检测母血中TNF-α、ET-1的含量。结果①PIH组NF-kB活化较正常组明显升高,且差异有显著性(P<0.01);②PIH组TNF-α水平较正常组升高,且差异有显著性(P<0.05),并与各组NF-kB活化强度间呈正相关关系;③PIH各组母血中ET-1水平均较正常组升高,且差异有显著性(P<0.05),并与TNF-α水平呈直线正相关关系。结论PIH患者胎盘中NF-kB活化升高,并进一步诱导TNF-α、ET-1生成增多。 Objective To explore the role of NF-kB and relationship among TNF-α and ET-1 in pathophysiological changes of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(PIH). Methods The NF-kB activity in placenta was determined by immunohistochemistry, blood levels of TNF-α、ET-1 were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results ① The intensity of NF-kB immunostaining was significantly increased in PIH group compared with the normal group (P<0.01); ② Compared with normal group , the blood level of TNF-α in PIH group increased with seriousness of PIH(P< 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the TNF-α level and the NF-kB activity. ③ The maternal blood ET-1 level was higher in three groups of PIH than that of normal group(P< 0.05). There was positive correlation between maternal blood TNF-α and ET-1 in all groups. Conclusion The NF-kB activity is increased in placenta of PIH , which can induce the increase in the production of TNF-α、ET-1.
