健康人群口腔酵母菌的分离及菌种分布 被引量:14

摘要 目的 调查健康人群口腔酵母菌的分布。方法 将来源于健康人的口腔拭子接种于改良SDA培养基,37℃培养14 d,分到的酵母菌通过菌落形态、革兰染色作初步鉴定,芽管形成试验、厚膜孢子生成及假菌丝产生试验、YBC酵母鉴定卡作菌种鉴定。结果 酵母菌在健康人口腔中总分离率为8.78% ( 86 / 979) ,其中较多的为白色假丝酵母菌37株,占4 3.0 2 % ,近平滑假丝酵母菌和季也蒙假丝酵母菌各9株,各占10 .4 7% ,葡萄牙假丝酵母菌6株,占6 .98% ,其他2 5株。 Objective To explore the distribution of oral Yeast species in healthy population.Methods The oral swabs from healthy population were inoculated in the modified Sabouraud Dextrose Agar(SDA) and they were incubated at 37 ℃ for 14 days.The primary identification of Yeast was based upon the colony characteristics and the cell morphology by Gram stain.Germ tube,pseudohyphae and chlamydospores tests and VETIK YBC card were used to differentiate the various species.Results The positive rate of Yeast in the oral cavity of healthy po pulation was 8 78% (86/979).Of them,37 strains were Candida albicans and the component ratio was 43 02%.9 strains of C.Parapsilosis and C.guilliermondii were got separately and the component ratios were 10 47%.6 strains of C.lusitaniae were gained and the component ratio was 6 98%.25 strains of them belongs the other of Yeast.Conclusion There were multiple conditioned pathogenic Yeasts in oral cavity of healthy population.
