摘要
目的:探讨吸烟对健康青年人群循环内皮细胞及血浆一氧化氮( NO)和内皮素( ET)的影响。方法:选取健康吸烟者85例(轻型37例,重型48例) ,健康不吸烟者1 2 8例。按Hladovec法检测循环内皮细胞( CEC)的数量,同时采用比色法和放射免疫方法测定青年人群血浆中NO和ET- 1含量,并计算NO/ET的比值。结果:健康青年吸烟者的CEC数量和血浆ET- 1含量均较不吸烟者显著增高,而血浆中NO含量明显下降,NO/ET比值亦较不吸烟者降低。结论:健康吸烟的青年人群中内皮细胞结构和功能在心、脑血管疾病发生之前已经发生损害,应引起高度重视。
Objective: To investigate the effects of cigarette smoking on circulating endothelial cell, and the levels of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) of plasma in healthy young men. Methods:Male graduates of health examination in a college were adopted as investigative objectives including 85 normal smokers (including 37 slight cases and 48 moderate cases) and 128 normal non-smokers as controls. The circulating endothelial cells (CEC) were counted and contents of ET-1 as well as NO of plasma were delermined by radioimmunoassay and spectrophotometer analysis respectively. Results: The number of CEC and the level of plasma ET-1 in smoking groups were significantly higher than that of the non-smoking group. And the contents of NO and the ratios of NO/ET were dramatically decreased in the smoking groups. Conclusion: Cigarette smoking significantly damages the structure and function of vascular endothelial cells before the cardiovascular and cerebral diseases happening in healthy young people.
