摘要
黄河下游属季节性冻土地区,由于基土的冻胀变形而引起的衬砌渠道和水工建筑物的冻胀破坏问题普遍存在。开展凌期引黄,由于延长了水利工程在低温下的使用期限,无疑将会使这一问题变得更加严重。为此,选择山东省引黄济青工程、韩墩和潘庄等灌区为典型,开展实地调查、实验、研究衬砌渠道的冻胀破坏问题和保护措施。首先分析了冻胀破坏的内外在机理,分析了造成黄河下游引黄灌区水利工程冻胀破坏的各种影响因素,在此基础上,针对衬砌渠道冻胀破坏的特点,提出不同的保护方案。实践证明,该项研究成果对黄河下游引黄灌区规划、建设、运行管理具有十分重要的应用价值,对广大北方灌区也具有重要参考价值。
The downstream of Yellow River belongs to the seasonal frozen soil zone. There exists the frost heaving failures of lined canals and hydraulic structures caused by frozen deformation of the foundation soil. The water diversion from Yellow River in winter, due to the tenthening of operation term under low temperature, no doubt, will intensify the failures. Therefore, taking the projects for examples, such as Water Diversion Project from Yellow River to Qinqdao, Handun and Panzhuang Irrigation Area, the paper discusses the frost heaving failure of concrete-lined canals and the control measures through the investigations and experiment. Firstly, the external and internal mechanism of the failures and the different factors causing the failures of the hydraulic structures in irrigation areas in downstream of Yellow River are analyzed, then based on the results, the different control schemes for frost heaving failures of the hydraulic structures are put forward to provide the references for the similar project in northern irragation areas.
