摘要
武汉市城市用地变迁基本上遵循了跳跃式发展、轴线推进、环状填充、圈层扩展等4种基本方式和规律,在不同阶段表现出不同的特点。20世纪90年代初期跳跃式发展形成的沌口、关山组团与主城之间的空地已被成片填实,导致城市密实地圈层式发展,武汉“组团式”的理想发展模式正处于严重的危机之中。
The change in urban land utilization in Wuhan follows the four basic patterns and rules of leap-forward development,axial progress,circular fill-in and loop expansion with different character- istics for different periods of development.The open space,which formed between the Dunkou and Guangshan clusters and the main city proper dur- ing the early 90s of the 20th century with the leap- forward development,has now been filled up,re- sulting in the loop expansion of the densely popu- lated area of the city.The'cluster'development pat- tern in Wuhan is now facing a serious crisis.
