摘要
在市场经济条件下,价格因素的合理调节和运用,是各运输企业提升其竞争优势,把握市场竞争力的关键.针对当前铁路货物运价定价方法存在的问题,指出制定运价的基础,即运输成本不是常量,是一个随运量的变化而变化的量.因此铁路部门在制定运价时,应考虑运输市场需求的变化对运量的影响而引起的运输成本的变化,运用差别定价策略,适时调整运价.对此,提出了优化运价的一种新的思路.
In market economy system,the mutual adjustment and application of price are the key for various kinds of transportation enterprises to promote its competitive advantages and command the power of market competition. According to the deficiency of the present railway transport price system,we find out that transport cost,the foundation of making transport price,varing with the change of transport amount.Furthermore,the conclusion is drawn that making transport price should consider the deriving change of transport cost because of the diversity of transporting amount caused by changing transportation demand. So differential price policy should be used to adjust transport price rationally. As a result,a kind of new idea of optimizing transport price is provided in the paper.
