基于参数自调整AFNN的燃料电池电特性建模

Modeling for electric characteristic of DMFC based on self-adjustment of parameters adaptive fuzzy neural networks identification

摘要 根据直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)的组成结构、工作原理,运用电化学、流体动力学、热力学等理论,建立了DMFC数学模型。数学模型较为复杂,对工程上DMFC控制系统的设计特别是实时控制的情况,应用不方便。提出了利用自适应模糊神经网络(AFNN)进行辨识建模,并结合DMFC实验数据进行仿真验证,结果表明这种辨识建模是完全可行的,建模的精度也较高。 The paper sets up mathematical model of direct methanol fuel cell (DMF C) based on its structure and mechanism, using theories of electrochemistry, hyd rokinetic and thermodynamics. The model is too complicated to be used for contro ller design, especially for on-line controlling. A new method using adaptive fuz zy neutral networks (AFNN) to identify the model and simulate according to the e xperimental data is proposed in this paper. The simulation results show the vali dity and accuracy of the model.
