摘要
产他克莫司的原始菌株Streptomyces hzsw-1-25经紫外、60Co、HNO2等方法诱变,筛选得高产突变菌株hzsw-8-1123,优化发酵培养基后,进行摇瓶和2m3罐的发酵试验,并研究了产物的分离提取工艺。
A high tacrolimus-producing strain Streptomyces hzsw-8-1123 derived from Streptomyces hzsw-1-25 was obtained after mutagenized by UV, Co or HNO2. The mutant strain wasused for a fermentation test in shake flask and 60 2m3 fermentor after the optimization of fermentation medium, and the extracting process of tacrolimus was studied.
