摘要
军事人力资本理论是人力资本理论在军事劳动领域的延伸和发展。军队作为一个特殊的社会劳动领 域,其劳动产品是提供国家公共安全,具体表现为军队的战斗力和军事威慑力。军事劳动者是战争实践的主体,通过 各种正规教育、培训以及军事训练和实践投资所形成的军事指挥、组织能力和科学技术素质就是军事劳动者身上的 人力资本。军事人力与社会中的自然人相比,存在较大的差异,军事人力资本也有其特殊的内涵。通过对军事人力 资本内涵的分析,可以丰富人力资本理论的应用范畴,明确人力资本在军事劳动领域中的重要作用和地位。
The theory on capitals of military human resources is an extention and development of human resources' theory in the military and labour field.Troops as a special field of labour provide products of public security for the state and the concrete reflection includes military force and military deterrent.The military labourers are the entity of war’s practice.Through formal education,training and military training,and practical investment,the formed military command,organizing ability and quality of Sci-tech means human resources of military labourers.Comparing with people in society,the military human resources contain bigger difference and also have their special connotation.Through analysing connotation of military human resources,we may enrich the applied category for the theory on capitals of human resources and define the important function and position of human resources’ capitals in the field of military labour.
