摘要
风险投资是高新技术生产力转化的必然选择。重庆是一个国有大中型企业占很大比重的老工业城市 ,如何构造出符合重庆市实际需要的风险投资模式 ,是经济工作者必须解决的问题。根据风险投资的内涵和国有企业技术改造的实际 ,构造出风险投资运作体系与运作模式 ,探索出风险投资与重庆高新技术产业发展有机结合。
Venture capital investment is a certain choice during the course of transformation of high new technology into productivity. Chongqing is an old industrial city, how to construct an operational mode of capital investment conforming to Chongqing's reality is the problem which must be solved by the scholars. Based on above views, this paper tries to contrive a basic operational mode which venture capital investment and high new technology develop together.
