摘要
通过试验探讨了污泥膨胀对一体式膜生物反应器(IMBR)运行效果的影响及发生污泥膨胀的原因。结果表明,引起污泥膨胀的主要原因是BOD负荷变化过于剧烈以及由此导致的DO不足和pH值急剧下降;污泥膨胀会加剧膜污染,并导致NH3 -N去除率下降,但对有机污染物的去除效果影响不大;通过调整BOD负荷变化速率、提高混合液中的溶解氧含量,可使污泥膨胀得到有效控制。
Experiment was made to investigate the influence of sludge bulking on operation of Integrative membrane bioreactor (IMBR) and the cause of sludge bulking. The result shows that sludge bulking is mainly due to the over intensive variation of BOD loading, insufficient DO, and sharp dropping of pH thereby. Sludge bulking will aggravate membrane fouling and decrease ammonia nitrogen removal rate, but has less influence on removal of organic pollutants. Adjustment of variation rate of BOD loading and raising of DO content in mixed liquor can effectively control the sludge bulking.
