摘要
对采用重金属捕集剂处理重金属废水进行了试验研究,讨论了pH值、捕集剂加入量、反应时间、絮凝剂种类及加入量、多种重金属离子共存对重金属废水处理效果的影响,并就捕集产物的稳定性与传统中和沉淀法进行了比较.试验结果表明:重金属捕集剂对Pb2+,Cd2+,Cu2+,Hg2+的去除率均可达99%以上,处理后的废水达到国家排放标准,且处理效果不受pH值、共存金属离子的影响.捕集剂与Pb2+,Cd2+,Cu2+,Hg2+生成螯合物的稳定性高于中和沉淀法所得产物的稳定性,因而减少了捕集产物再次污染环境的风险.
In the experimental study, the influences of pH value, dosage of heavy metal chelating agent, time of reaction, kinds and amounts of flocculating agents added, and coexistence of multiple metal ions on the effect of wastewater treatment were discussed. The present method was compared with the conventional neutralization settlement method from the angle of the stability of chelation products. The results show that the removal ratios of pb^(2+), Cd^(2+), Cu^(2+), and Hg^(2+) by the heavy metal chelating agent can reach 99% or above, that the wastewater after treatment can reach the national standard for wastewater discharge, and that the result of wastewater treatment is not related to pH value and the coexistence of metal ions. Besides, the stability of chelation products of the heavy metal chelating agent is higher than that of the conventional neutralization settlement method. Therefore, the present method reduces the risk of the secondary pollution in water environment.
