摘要
影片《刮痧》围绕刮痧是中医疗法还是虐待儿童的争论而引发的一场司法冲突。该片从表面上看似乎是一场误会,是一场司法纠纷,但实际上所展现的是两种不同的文化所产生的碰撞和冲突。本文以电影《刮痧》为切入点,从哲学观点,思维方式和民族习惯等角度来阐述中西方民族文化的差异。
The story in the Chinese movie Gua Sha took place in the U.S.A. The movie shows us a legal conflict resulted from Gua Sha, a Chinese medical treatment or a maltreatment of children. It seems that the story is a misunderstanding or a legal dispute, but actually, it indicates a cultural conflict between China and the West. This paper tries to analyze these differences seen from the perspective of philosophical ideas, mode of thinking and national customs in order to bring to light the hidden parts in the deep structure of cultural shock.
