摘要
本文对我国大豆加工利用的历史、现状进行了分析,总结了我国大豆加工利用的基础、现实发展水平和存在的主要问题,并对大豆加工利用的研究趋势进行了展望,为以后的大豆综合利用、深加工提供了借鉴。
In this study, the history, status of Chinese soybean processing and utilization was analyzed, the base, level of establishing quality and problems was also summed up, and the development trend was viewed, all of above will be helpful for the continued utilization and profound processing.
