人工膝关节表面置换治疗严重膝关节骨性关节炎62例疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨人工膝关节表面置换治疗严重膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:对我院完成的62例(80膝)人工膝关节表面置换治疗严重膝关节骨性关节炎的病例进行临床总结分析。结果:术后早中期优良率为91%-94%。结论:人工膝关节表面置换是治疗严重膝关节骨性关节炎的有效手段之一。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of serious osteoarthritis of knee treated with total knee arthroplasty. Methods The clinical effects of total knee arthroplasty were analysed in 62 cases (80 knees) of serious osteoarthritis. Results Of the total cases, 91 %-94% achieved excellent and good results. Conclusion Total knee arthroplasty is a good method for serious osteoarthritis of the knee.
