摘要
畲族是分布在我国闽、浙、赣、粤、皖五省一百多个县内山区的一个杂散居民族。畲族有着独特的婚姻家庭习惯法。通过对畲族婚姻家庭习惯法的性质、特征的介绍,着重分析了畲族婚姻家庭习惯法和国家制定法的冲突和重合关系,提出了处理两者关系的原则和方法,以此推进我国当今的法制建设。
The She Nation ality is a mixed nation with its people scattering over 100 counties in 5 provinces, It has a unique Marriage and Family Customany Law. The article introduces the nature and feature of Marriage and Family Customany Law ,analyses conflict and coincide relation between Marriage and Family Customany Law and Nation-established law, raises the principle and way to deal with relation between them, in order to improve our building-up of the legal system.
