摘要
同传统教学模式相比,选听制教学具有较大的优越性,但在实际运行中还存在一些问题。为完善选听制教学,应适当提高教师对学生的约束力,加强对学生的管理,适当延长试听期,完善对教师的考核评估机制。
Compared with traditional teaching pattern,elective system has more advantages,but there exist some problems in reality.The paper holds that it is necessary to strengthen teachers'binding force on students and management on students,to extend period of elective system and to perfect evaluation mechanism of teachers.
