摘要
水轮机抗振设计要分析水流通道中可能出现的激振频率和过流部件在水中的固有频率,并使它们错开一定的范围避免共振;防裂纹设计应进行详细的刚强度计算,静、动应力分析和疲劳强度设计等;在制造方面应保证质量;运行时应避开振动区。这些都是保证水轮机不出现裂纹的关键。
During the design process of turbine we should not only to calculate water flow sudden vibration frequencies and natural frequency of in water components but also to ensure that the values of the two frequencies aren't at the same range in order to prevent resonance. Detailed calculation of stiffness analysis of static and dynamic stresses and the design of fatigue intensity all should be carried out during the design of crack proof. The quality of manufacture should be guaranteed. And the frequency must be beyond the resonance region. All above are crucial to prevent the cracks on turbine.
