河北省20年改水降氟工作进展及效果分析 被引量:5

Analysis on the development and effectiveness of the defluoridation by changing water resource in latest 20 years in Hebei province

摘要 目的 总结河北省20余年地方性氟中毒病区的改水降氟工作进展,评价改水降氟控制地方性氟中毒的效果。方法 对全省2001年地方性氟中毒防治工作年报表、改水井水氟动态监测、省级氟中毒监测点的结果进行统计分析。结果 截止到2001年底,累计改水5604处,总改水率为63.04%。在各类氟中毒病区中,重病区村的改水率最高,达到82.37%;中病区村的改水率次之,为71.04%;轻病区村的改水率最低,为54.76%。平均改水合格率为63.73%,大部分市的改水井水氟合格率较高,有5个市的水氟合格率在83.26%~98.75%。有3个市的水氟合格率在70.90%~79.59%。省级氟中毒监测点病情监测发现,除1个市外,其余各市的监测点8~12岁学生氟斑牙的患病率均达到非病区的标准(<30%)。累计受益人口679.93万,占病区总人口的73.04%。结论 河北省的改水降氟工作取得了显著成效。 Objective To summarize the development and evaluate the effectiveness of defluoridation by changing water resource on endemic fluorosis in latest 20 years in endemic regions of Hebei province. Methods Statistically analyzing the annual investigation on endemic fluorosis around the whole province in the year of 2001, dynamic monitoring of fluoride content in the drilled wells, and the results of provincial monitoring sites on endemic fluorosis. Results By the end of the year of 2001, 5604 wells or projects had been accomplished, accounting for 63.04 % . Among the various types of the endemic regions, the water changing rate in severe villages was the highest, reacliing 82.37 %; the rate in moderatevillage was lower, being 71 .04% ; the rate in mild villages was the lowest, being 54.76 %. The average rate of water changing in the whole province was 63.73%. The qualified rate of water changing in most municipals was higher, with 5 of them between 83.26 % and 98.75 % , 3 of them between 70.90% and 79.59 % . It was found out that on all the provincial monitoring sites except one, the prevalence of mottled teeth among the students aged 8-12 years reached the level in non endemic areas ( < 30 %) . The accumulated benefited population was up to 6.80 million, accounting for 73.04 % of the total population living in the endemic regions. Conclusions Remarkable achievements have been made on the defluroridation by changing water in Hebei province.
