摘要
目的 了解全国医院感染管理专业设置情况。方法对参加全国医院感染管理师资培训班的学员进行调 查,资料采用SPSS11.0进行统计分析。结果共调查76所医院,85.5％的医院设立了感染管理科,其中30.3％ 直属于院长领导;在专职人员中多数为女性,年龄在30-50岁居多,受过高等教育的占70.6％,职称以中级为主 导,多数人员从事医院感染工作约为6年,62.6％人员每年有机会接受医院感染的专业培训。结论感染管理的 专业设置已初具规模,但不能满足保障医疗质量和患者安全的需要。
OBJECTIVE To know the situation of nationwide professional system of nosocomial infection (NI) control and management. METHODS To investigate the person who takes part in the teacher's training course. All data were analyzed by SPSS 11. 0. RESULTS The trainees who come from different hospitals were surveyed. A-mong 76 hospitals 85. 5 % have set up department of NI control and management leaded by director or vice-director of hospital. Most of professionals are women, 30-50 years old, high grade level education, middle class of professional title, carrying on NI control and management for 6 years and having opportunity for specialized training. CONCLUSIONS Professional setting up is on the preliminary level of standard and is not satisfy the demand for ensuring the medical quality and guarding the safety of patient.
