摘要
目的 为了解临沂市口腔医疗机构的消毒工作质量,探讨口腔医疗消毒灭菌工作中存在的问题及改进措 施。方法采用调查表、询问和采样检测方式,对4级医疗机构的口腔门诊的消毒管理和消毒与灭菌质量进行了 调查。结果4级医疗机构的空气、工作人员手、物体表面和医疗器械细菌污染超标率在7.4％-35.8％;使用中 和消毒后医疗器械表面乙型肝炎表面抗原检出率波动在0-5.9％;消毒管理的各调查项目合格率在17.6％- 84.3％。结论调查结果说明应加强对各级口腔医疗机构消毒工作的管理,加强对专业人员的消毒知识与技术 培训。
OBJECTIVE To know the quality of disinfection work of stomatological institutions of Lin'yi city, and explore the problems and methods of improvement in disinfection and sterilization work. METHODS Four kinds of stomatological institutions were investigated by questionnaire, inquiry and sample and examination on disinfection work and present status of disinfection management. RESULTS The results showed that the rates of exceeding allowable bacterial contamination of four kinds of institutions in indoor air, article surfaces, hands of medical personnel and medical instrument were 7. 4-35. 8%; the rates of exceeding allowable HbsAg of medical instruments in use and after disinfection were 0-5. 9%; and the eligibility rate of supervision, monitoring and administration was 17. 6-84.3%. CONCLUSIONS It is indicated that the disinfection knowledge and techniques must be strengthened.
