摘要
目的测定黑龙江地区不同产地五味子中五味子乙素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Lichro-spher5-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(80:20);检测波长为254nm;柱温为30℃。结果黑龙江各地五味子中五味子乙素的含量均大于0.3%,其中以牡丹江所产五味子中所含五味子乙素最高。结论本实验方法简便、准确、重现性好。
Objective To compare the γ-Schisandrin contents of Fructus Schisandrae of different origins in Heilongjiang Province. Methods The Content of γ-Schisandrin was determined by RP-HPLC, Lichrospher5- C_ 18 (4.6mm× 250mm,5μm) column in an oven at 30℃ with the mobile phase MeOH-H_2O(80:20)and DAD detector at 254nm were applied. Results The γ-schisandrin content in all samples of Fructus schisandrae Chinensis from HeiLongjiang province were above 0.3%, among which the sample from Mudanjiang showed the highest content. Conclusion This method has the advantage of convenience, accuracy and reproducibility.
