摘要 近40年来,硝酸盐(NO-3)已成为最普遍的地下水污染源之一。在本文中,介绍了在野外用阴离子交换树脂收集地下水中的NO-3的新技术;用AgNO3和氧化铜丝及铜颗粒燃烧反应测定氮同位素比值;用AgNO3+C(石墨)测定NO-3中氧同位素比值的密封石英管燃烧法,它们是1995年以后发展起来的最新测试技术。 During the last 40 years, nitrate (NO^-_3) has become one of the most common groundwater contaminants. A new technique for detecting nitrate concentrations from groundwater in the field using anion exchange columns is described in this paper. The nitrogen isotope rations in NO^-_3 have been analyzed by a new sealed combustion quartz tube method using AgNO_3 with CuO and Cu. The oxygen isotope analyses in NO^-_3 were conducted using a new sealed combustion quartz tube technique of AgNO_3+C.It has become the up-to-date technique since 1995.
