摘要
目的:探讨葛根异黄酮分散片的制备工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以崩解时限、体外溶出度及混悬性为指标,对葛根异黄酮分散片处方进行筛选。结果:分散片在60s内完全崩解,分散均匀性试验能通过2号筛网,达到《中国药典》(2000年版)关于分散片的要求,全外溶出度明显优于普通片。结论:葛根异黄酮分散片的制备工艺成熟,可靠;质量稳定。
Objective:To discuss the dispersible tablets preparation of radix puerariae isoflavone.Methods:Use the orthogonal design to select the prescription of the radix puerariae isoflavone dispersible tablets, with guide line of dissolubility, disintegration etc.Results:The dispersible tablets could be disintergrated in 60 seconds, the dispersible uniformitly test proved that it was satisfying with the request of China Pharmacopoeia (2000 edition).Conclusion:The technology of the radix puerariae isoflavone dispersible tablets is feasible.
