摘要
本文报道一例特发性右心扩大并结合国内外文献对其病因、发病特点、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后进行全面讨论。本病并非罕见，但确诊率极低。若能早期诊断，治疗，进行随访监护，减少及预防致命性心律失常及心衰发生，预防猝死，是治疗的关键。
A case of idiopathic right heart enlargement was studied with literature review.The etiology,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the disease were discussed.According to literature reports,idiopathic right heart enlargement was not uncommon,but its diagnostic rate was very low.The author raises some proposals regarding how to increase the diagnostic rate,which might improve the early diagnosis,treatment,follow-up and monitoring of the disease and might be helpful in decreasing the lifethreat ening arrhythmias and the recurrence of heart failure and in prevention of sudden death.
