摘要
１２名健康妇女（自然绝经３ａ以上）于脐下用１０ｃｍ２雌二醇控释贴片（含量４ｍｇ）３ｄ。使用贴片后１２ｈ，血清雌二醇水平（用放射免疫法测定）从基础值的７４±３７ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ升至１９１±９９ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ，使用贴片的１２－７２ｈ内，维持在１９１±７ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ，去除贴片后２４ｈ，回复至８３±２０ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ。提示雌二醇控释贴片能通过皮肤被缓慢吸收雌二醇。
Twelve healthy women(over 3 a after natural menopause)were given a 10cm2 patch of estradiol(4 mg)transdermal delivery system(Est-TDS)below the navel for 3 d.The serum estradiol level(with radioimmunoassay)was found to be 74±37 pmol/L reached 191±99 pmol/L at 12h after skin patch,maintained at 191±7 pmol/ L during 12-72h,and returned to 83±20 pmol/L at 24 h after removal of the patch.It is concluded that Est-TDS yielded a slow absorption of estradiol through skin.
