摘要
通过正交设计确定等离子弧喷焊工艺参数对喷焊层质量的影响,经过正交多项式回归分析得到Fe-07合金粉末在X65钢管内表面上喷焊的最佳工艺参数为:I=160~170 A,G=34.4 g/min,v=64.3 mm/min,T0=400℃,Ql=280 l/h,Qs=450 l/h.并通过裂纹试验得出抗裂预热温度为400℃.
The influence of plasma arc spray surfacing technical parameters on the property of layer was defined by orthogonal design. By the orthogonal polynomial regression, when plasma arc spray surfacing is used in the inner surface of the X65 steel pipe with the Fe-07 alloy powder, the optimum technical parameters are obtained: I=160A,G=34.4g/min,v=64.3mm/min,T_0=400℃,Q_l=280l/h,Q_s=450l/h. And the anti-cracking preheating temperature is 400℃ by the anti-cracking test.
