摘要
本文报告我院急诊肺切除治疗大咯血１２例临床疗效。本组咯血病因５０％以上由肺结核引起，支气管扩张症或肺包虫病各占咯血病因的１６．６％，在牧区应注意肺包虫病引起的咯血。本组术后治愈率为８３％，手术并发症发生率１６．６％。出院１２例随访１～２６年，大部分患者效果满意，有２例死亡，但与咯血无关。
his papet reported the treatment effect of emergency surgical resection of 12
cames with massivehemoptysis.More than 50%patients were tuberculoois,16.6%of them were
bronchiectasis or lungechinococcosis.Author suggeSts that attention should be paid to
hemoptysis caused by echinococcosis inhemoptysis pastoral arca. The cure of surgical
resection was 83%,The complication rate was 16. 6%.All patients were followed-up from 1 to 26
years.Two of them died of extrapulmonary. Thetreatment effect in most patients was satisfied.
