摘要
目的探讨子宫动脉结扎术治疗剖宫产中的大出血的疗效.方法通过对本院2000年10月～2004年9月29例剖宫产术中大出血患者行双侧子宫动脉体支结扎术止血.结果 27例患者经结扎术有效止血,保住了子宫,2例行子宫次全切.结论剖宫产时子宫大出血行结扎子宫动脉治疗,此术止血快速,血管再通完全,不影响妊娠.
Objective To investigate effect of uterial arterial ligation f or massive haemorrhage in cesarean. Methods 29 patients who had massive haem orrhage in cesarean from octobor 2000 to September 2004 in our hospital were lig ated through uterial arterial ligation. Results 27 patients had the effectiv e hemostasis, their uterus were reserved. Supracervial hysterectomy was operated on 2 patients. Conclusions Uterial arterial ligation for massive haemorrhag e in cesarean is fast hemostsis, blood vessel opening again completely, not affe cting pregnancy.
