摘要
本文探讨了5种方法:吸湿-回干处理,聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液渗调,氯化钙(CaCl2)溶液、抗坏血酸溶液(AsA)和赤霉素溶液(GA)浸种对提高老化辣椒种子活力的作用。结果表明上述5种方法均有效,而以吸湿-回干处理温度33±2℃,吸湿-回干2～3次;2%的PEG溶液、0.5%的CaCl2溶液、0.07%的AsA溶液和0.03%～0.05%的GA溶液浸种效果最好。
Artificially aged pepper seeds were treated with 5 methods:(1)seed imbibition redrying,(2)seed soaked with PEG solution,(3)with CaCl2 solution,(4)with AsA solution and (5) with GA solution to increase their Vigor. Results indicated that these 5 methods were effective in the field under the better conditions in each method, i.e,seed imbibited with water and then redryed to the moisture before the treatment in 33℃±2℃for 2～3 times in method1(M1)or seed soaked with 2%PEG solution in M2,with 0.5%CaCl2 solution in M3,or with 0.07%As A solution in M4 or With 0.03%～0.05%GA solution in M5.
