摘要
目的 探讨乳腺原位癌癌旁病变的诊断和治疗。方法 对 2 0年间获得的 2 6例乳腺原位癌进行回顾性分析。结果 最常见的癌旁病变为导管上皮不典型增生和囊性增生 ,各种术式对预后的影响不明显 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 不典型增生与乳腺原位癌的发生关系密切 ,原位癌预后与手术方式关系不明显 ;
Aim To study the benign lesions hear the twmor areas,diagnosis and treatment of breast cur cinome in situ.Methods To retrospectively review 26 cases of breast carainoma in situ wren follow up during 20 years.Results The main benign lesions near the tumor areas were cluctal epithelial hyperdusia and eystic proliferative disease the signifcant difference of the prognosis with different surgical treatment was not observed ( P<0 05 ).Conclusion The growth of breast carcinomain situ is closely related with the hyperpiasia,The prognosis of breast carcinoma in situ is not realted with different surgical treatment ,Retcnttoa breast surgical is the treatment of chioce for breast carcinoma in situ.
