微格教学是师范教育中,把教学过程细分后,对单项教学技能进行培训的一种有效方 法。它起着从教学理论到教学实践过渡的桥梁作用。
Microteaching is a kind of valid method training for the single-item teaching technical ability after subdividing the teaching process in teacher education .It takes bridge effect from teaching theories to the teaching practices .
