摘要
生态旅游是一种正在迅速发展的新兴的旅游形式,也是当前旅游界的一个热门话题。世界人士预测,以走向保护区、亲近大自然为主题的"生态旅游热"将在全球兴起。而西部大开发的历史机遇和西部独特的资源优势也为西部旅游业发展提供了条件,我们必须高度重视的问题是旅游业对环境造成的近期和远期的危害。因此,必须对生态旅游的真正内涵加以研究,结合我国西部地区的实际制订出生态旅游的法制法规和管理措施,并使生态旅游成为对旅游者进行生态教育的一所大学校,以此来保护我们的自然景观与文化遗产,使旅游业成为一种可持续发展的绿色产业。
The ecotourism, a hot topic currently, is a new type of tourism which develops rapidly. It is predicted that 'ecotourism boom' will rise in the whole world which takes 'towards the protection zone and close to the nature' as the theme. The historical opportunity of the western development and unique resource advantage of west have offered the chance to develop tourism in the western area. Just when people are happy with the rare opportunity for the west tourist industry, we must pay close attention to the damage that the tourism brings to the environment. Therefore, we must study the real intension of the ecotourism, combine the reality of the western region and make regulations and administrative measures to protect the natural sceneries so as to realize the sustainable development.
