摘要
目前,我国发展企业债券市场的条件和基础已初步具备,只要从政策、制度、技术等方面加快改革,逐步完善,不断创新,我国企业债券市场就能够适应市场经济的要求,在经济发展中发挥更加积极有效的作用。
Nowadays, the conditions and basis of developing enterprises bond market begin to take shape in our country. As long as we keep accelerating the reform pace, making improvements and coming up with new creations in such respects as policy, system and techniques, our enterprises bond market may meet the demands of market-economy and play a more effective role in the economic development.
