摘要
报告了１９９０年１月～１９９１年１２月收住院的８１例高龄初产妇的妊娠与分娩方式，并与同期年轻初产妇做了比较。结果表明高龄组妊娠期合并症、并发症和分娩期并发症均明显高于年轻组（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．００１，Ｐ＜０．０５）；妊高征和剖宫产率明显高于年轻组（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．００１）。作者认为应重视对高龄初产妇的监护，及早发现潜在难产因素，合理掌握剖宫产指征，以期获得良好的分娩结果。
We analysed that the pregnancy and the mode of childbirth in 81 cases of the older prmipara compared with the younger primipara from our hospital in Jan.1990 to Dec.1991.The result showed that there were significant differences in combination and complications of the pregnancy and the complications of the childbirth between the older group and younger group (P<0.05,P<0.001, and P<0.05),Among of them, the incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension of pregnancy and cesearean section in older group were significantly higher than did in younger group(P<0.01 and P<0.001).We concluded that the monitoring of the older primipara should be attached importance so as to find the hidden factors of the difficult labour as soon as possible and the indications of cesearean section are mastered rationally.
