高压静电场对水稻种子萌发的试验研究 被引量:19

摘要 选用不同的高压静电场(200,300,400,500kV/m)和不同的处理时间(5,10,15,20min)处理水稻种子,对水稻种子的发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗生长高度、活力指数等项指标进行检测和统计分析,试验设置相应对照组。结果表明,不同的静电场和不同的处理时间,对水稻种子在萌发期间的各项生理指标,表现出极其显著效果。200kV/m和300kV/m各时间条件下处理的水稻种子在萌发期间的各项生理指标,均有促进作用;500kV/m各时间条件下处理的种子,均有抑制作用。 The author chooses different high voltage electrostatic field (200,300,400,500?kV/m) and different processing time (5,10,15,20?min) to process the paddy rice seeds, then measures and analyses the germination rate, the germination index, the plumule height, the vitality index etc. This experiment sets comparison groups. The result indicates that processing the paddy rice seeds with different high voltage electrostatic field and different processing time gets prominent effect to each physiological index during the period of bourgeoning. Under the high voltage electrostatic field of 200?kV/m or 300?kV/m with every time condition, it has a stimulative effect to each physiological index during the period of bourgeoning. By contraries, under the high voltage electrostatic field of 500?kV/m and every time condition, it has a restraining effect.
