摘要
不同的人力资本拥有者与相应的工作职位相匹配,就会大大提高社会效率, 但由于信息不对称的存在,这种匹配常常难以实现。有效的信号传递机制是解决信息不对称的必要途径,高等教育体系提供的信号传递机制具有范围经济的特征。在大学招生考试、大学排行、高校扩招、大学更名时,要考虑人力资本信号传递机制。
It would be efficient for society that various manpower capital match its corresponding wording position. But the matching is not always realized for asymmetry of information. Signal transfer mechanism is a suitable mean that can settle the problem. It is scope economical that the higher education system provide signal transfer mechanism. We should consider the manpower signal transfer system in the process of student recruitment, university ranking, increasing the numbers of students in higher education and renaming the university.
