摘要
在分析比较国外相关的辅助制动法规和研究车用电涡流缓速器基本性能要求的基础上,探讨了车用电涡流缓速器的台架试验方法,研制了电涡流缓速器试验台。介绍了所研制试验台的工作原理,提出了试验方法和试验步骤。该试验方法的提出为国内制定电涡流缓速器相关标准提供了一定的理论依据。
On the basis of analysis and comparison of relative regulations about auxiliary brakes of other countries and studies on performance requirements of automotive electric eddy current retarders,the bench test methods for eddy current retarders are discussed,and the test bench is developed.The working principle of the developed test bench is introduced,and the test methods and the test procedures are presented.The test methods provide a theoretical basis for constitution of domestic standards of eddy current retarders.
