摘要
对 11个亲本的不完全双列杂交组配的F1性状进行了配合力和遗传力分析 ,结果表明 ,株高、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数、千粒重、穗长、抽穗期、着粒密度的遗传主要受加性基因控制 ,结实率和单株穗数受加性和非加性基因共同控制 ,而单株产量则受非加性基因控制。千粒重、抽穗期、穗长、株高、着粒密度等的广义和狭义遗传力均较高 ,宜在早代选择。C4 18、95 0 76S、2 710 3S多数性状的一般配合力都较高 ,是理想的亲本材料。
Studies on the combining ability and heritability with 30 hybrids from a 6×5 incomplete diallel cross and their parents,showed that plant height (PH),spikelets per panicle (SP),filled spikelets per panicle (FSP),1000-grain weight (TGW),panicle length (PL),days to heading (DH) and spikelet density (SD) were mainly controlled by additive genes. Seed setting rate (SSR) and panicle per plant (PP) were controlled by additive and non-additive genes. But yield per plant (GWP) was controlled by non-additive genes.The heritability of TGW,DH,PL,PH and SD were higher,and these characters could be selected in the early generations.C418,95076S and 27103S had been proved to be ideal parents because of their high combing ability.
