摘要
动物纤维长度及其相关参数是毛绒纤维最重要的物理性质之一,是评价毛绒品质和实用价值的重要指标。根据现有的手摆法纤维长度测量原理,设计了一种基于图像处理的纤维长度测量系统。搭建了实验台,通过摄像物镜和CCD采集纤维图像,然后经过图像二值化、中值滤波,最后提取出纤维图像的轮廓边缘曲线,对曲线拟和后,根据公式计算出纤维试样的有效长度、短纤维率和差异率。通过多次实验验证该测量系统与手动测量结果一致,达到了使用要求。
The length of animal fiber is an important physical character,which is a very important index for evaluating the quality of fibers.Based on the theory of manual measurement,a system to measure the fiber length based on image processing is designed.The animal fiber samples on stage are captured by camera,then,through binarization,image filtering,and edge detection the contour line of the fibers is imitated.At last,the effective length,short fiber percent and differentia percent of the fibers are calculated.The experiment results of the measuring system are in line with that of manual methods.
