摘要
从设计和施工两方面分析了引起外墙渗漏的原因 ,并针对性地提出了相应的预控措施 ,提出只有加强设计要求 ,严格施工过程控制 ,才能保证质量 。
From two aspects: design and construction the reasons caused leakage of external wall are analyzed; at the same time corresponding pre-control measures are proposed. Author pointed out strict design and construction process control is critical in ensuring engineering quality to eliminate leakage.
