摘要
高职学生心理素质的培养,应根据高等职业教育的特点由传统教学的小课堂向高职教育教学实习和生产实习的大课堂延伸,重视隐性因素的教育作用,上好新生心理素质教育的第一课,分层次、有针对性地做好心理健康教育和心理辅导,构建学校与社会和家庭的心理素质教育网络等。
training on students' psychological qualities in higher vocational education, should extend from small class of traditional teaching to big class of teaching practice and producing practice in higher vocational education, according to characteristics of higher vocational education; attach importance to concealed factors; have the first psychological qualities teaching class good; take psychological healthy education and psychological tutor layer-dividedly and pertinently; design network on psychological qualities education of school together society and families.
