摘要
目的:比较研究青风藤中青藤碱的提取与测定方法。方法:采用方法l和方法2提取青藤碱;选用正相 色谱柱1:ZORBAX RX-SIL柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流速为0.6ml·min-1和反相色谱柱,2:SUPELCOSIL 柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流速为0.8ml·min-1;甲醇 乙二胺(100∶0.125)为流动相;检测波长为262nm。结 果:两种方法的青藤碱均在0.519-2.595μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996);方法回收率为95%~ 101%之间。结论:两种方法均可行、可靠、可控。
Objectie: Study of the method on Sinomeine extraction and determination in Qingfengteng. Methods: The extraction 1 and 2 ,the chromatographoric column 1 was ZORBAX RX - SIL (4.6 ~150mm, 5μm), flow rate at 0.6ml^min -1, the chromatographoric column 2 was SUPELCOSIL (4.6×250mm, 5μm) flow rate at 0.8ml·min -1 (4.6×250mm, 5μm);methanol-ethylenediamine(100∶0.125) as mobile phase;the assaying wavelength was 262nm。 Results: Sinomeine was allowed the determination of 0.519~2.595μg with reproducibility (r=0.9996), the recovery was 95%~101%. Conclusion: The two methods were available , creditable and controllable.
